Weight watchers definetely. All I did was went to the first couple meetings in order to recieve all the information and then did it on my own. Just learn how it works and do it on your own at home. You gain the knowledge with very little expense but long lasting results. It’s not the best diet out there…. It’s really a lifestyle.
you don’t need any special diet foods, i lost 30lbs and this is how i jumped started my diet. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/christina5.htm. Since then, i have made adjustments but i continue to drink about 20 glasses of water a day, and eat my biggest meal in the morning and decrease throughout the day. I eat all whole natural UNPROCESSED foods and the last carbs i have (unless they are in veggies) is around 2 or 3. Try doing a little exercise in the morning BEFORE u eat, just some jumping jacks, crunches, pushups anything to raise your HR. try a homework video (tae-bo is a good one) to do while your child naps or something. goodluck!
Weight watchers..not expensive, and the group support really helps. But you need to find a group in your area.
