Biggest myth is that you can lose weight by forcing urself to lose weight. ur body will be the weight it feels safe at & it will fight cus ur body is only trying to protect u. Trick is to getting ur body to want to lose & reach its ideal weight. Stop dieting & give it what it needs & what it craves. The Gabriel Method really explains this well.. Breakfast. Omega 3. Protein. and Live Food. Are really the key nutrients. I recommend u read it.

I couldn’t agree more! Moderation is key. Excess, overindulgence and lack of self-control is what causes the weight gain, not the foods themselves. :-)

I eat good during the week (98% clean). If I travel or go out to eat, I have what I want. I have already figured out moderation does not work for me. Once I have a little bit of something sugary, I want more and more. People say to just stop. My mind will focus on that sugary food until it is gone. So I couldn’t eat just one cookie. I find it is better not to eat that one bite of food, then to say I can control myself after one bite. My weight problem has nothing to do with hunger.

Fantastic thought. Your ability to think freely and put it into words is truely a gift!
