Former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack found himself in his old neighborhood grocery store in Des Moines Monday. Vilsack, who is now nearing the end of his first year as the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, stopped in a Hy-Vee grocery store talking about the values of eating healthy.
