@lady2342002 It’s probably Kimchi. Kimchi is VERY nutritious, high in vitamin A and C. Which is fabulous for your skin.

Also if you have a fringe and your hair is oily you should clip your fringe back when it is like that. Not reccommending washing your hair more frequently because likewise with washing your face. You are stripping your hair of natural oils when you wash it. So your body tells it to produce more oil. You kind of have to train your hair and wash it less frequently so that it doesn’t produce as much oil. Just putting that out there.

To add to the pillow thing… Always, always, always take your makeup off before bed. Even if you’re really tired! The makeup clogs up in your skin while you sleep, and the skin can’t breathe. The extra few minutes you spend removing your makeup will be worth it when your breakouts are reduced. ^-^

  • xDisembodied says:

can you put a moisturizer over the pimples?

  • zhanghanfan says:

eeks. the pillowcase has been causing my latest breakoutt!!! :( thx for telling me!

  • AprilxNinja says:

I can do them all except for the pillow thing. I guess i’ll wash my pillow twice a week? :]

And working out is good for your skin too. ;D
