I felt the pain only in my legs instead of my butt when doing this workout! Can someone please tell me why?

It’s true! Your shoulders are working (isometrically) to support your body the entire time, so they should have felt a little something.

This was pretty hard! O____O I was sweating up a storm by the end ha ha. But I’ll definitely add it to my workout routine cause once ya workout everything else you still need to work out your butt X’D

This is absoloutely brilliant. I have been doing these videos for about a week and a half and i have been slowly building up my fitness and enjoying the challenge these work outs bring. This work out is my favourite. Very tough but you feel it working
