girl you wear it well. don’t turn into a stick! if you’re gaining weight as a vegetarian, chances are you’re eating to much high glycemic foods; potatoes, low quality breads, fruits with not enough fiber, chasing it down with excess carbs; perhaps also eating more than 400 calories per sitting.

Where is your update? How many times do you workout?

vegans have a shorter life expectancy than ppl who dont choose to live the way god intended us to =[

  • Danath23 says:

  • dream2last says:

Its not about losing weight, its about the animals

  • ktkbar says:

Bear261186 all the thumbs down tells me that most people try vegetarianism as a weight loss programme.

I think focusing on the result will sabotage. Going raw/vegan has to about healthy insides and how healthy you will feel—looks will be a bonus. The mindset is the key here for success. Detox your body and your mind will detox as well- what you think you were attracted to becomes unattractive. Also failure is part of the equation–try, try again!! Soon the habit and cravings are for raw food and healthy lifestyle.

Listen to David Wolfe. His thing is about ADDING stuff, not subtraction. In other words, if you try to give up everything you think you’re supposed to NOT have anymore, you ARE bound to fail becuase you are trying to do it on sheer willpower. Pleasure is the measure, as David says. Try adding in more raw organic superfoods, and don’t deny yourself the things you usually like to eat. You may notice that your craving for things that aren’t “good for you” diminishes. Then, it naturally falls away.

@HealthQuestion you are amazing and absolutely right! you know how i know? because i have been there!!! i am now currently inebriated beyond beleif but give me a week, a mnth a year and i will come back to you my lovely healthQuestion i love you so

  • HealthQuestion says:

DON’T STRESS!!! you are bound to Fail. I failed 5 times over the course of a year. Today I’m a full 100% raw foodist. I went from 189 to 142 lbs. At the end, the thing you are going to love the most is how sexy, plum, and smooth your skin will be. HAhaha I’m a dude so it makes me feel kind of awkward when people think I use skin products.

the part i love the most is folks 30 years, 20 years younger than me calling me kid and telling me “how it is”.. LMFAO! and i always get erected eyebrows at the bank when they look at my 50 plus preferred checking.. AND i get carded everywhere i go.. WOOP!

  • TubeBoober says:

@ ScottGolbergFilms: I agree. I detest the word “diet”
Using positive word power I like to call it a “LIVE-it”
Because u wanna eat to live and be your best.
And that’s always a good thing.
    Congrats on ur 6 yrs!
    Raw is best.

  • TubeBoober says:

@ springloadedchicken: I agree and I bet you look GREAT!!
I just went to my 20th year reunion and mostly everyone said I looked the exact same as in high school!!
Some said, ”…even better and younger!!”
    *smiling*
I’m Lookin good, fit and toned (NOT skinny) with hardly any effort. Just a lil exercise and good food.
    Also totally natural skin products.
    Bless u fellow vegan!!
    WOW, 40 years… GREAT!

  • TubeBoober says:

    @ loveedigveggies1004:
I agree with you. You can gain weight by eating the regular amerikan way. That’s why eating natural HAS to become your new lifestyle, not a quick fix.
Just KNOW that it’s GOOD for YOU and ur doin the best thing for YOU and your body.
    Blessingz.

  • TubeBoober says:

@ Bear261186: Not tryin to be mean,
    but seriously dude…
    Ur an idiot.

  • Bear261186 says:

So being vegetarian is about being skinny and eating nutritious food you sir fail at life and quote

“Being veg isn’t about NOT eating meat”

yeah that’s right screw the animals as long as I’m healthy and skinny who gives a shit

I would rather know a fat veg person than know a egocentric fool as your self

  • Ilikepeaches1 says:

im fat too and im not a vegetarian. I try to do the raw veagon i usually last about a few hours. This is hard. I really respect you people for eating so healthy.

  • julianraw says:

rawfood diet or lifestyle i should say is not something you want to go all 100% on, start out adding to your diet and replacing the good with the bad as you go, NEVER go straight 100% as the detox will be immense, not so in the first few days or even week but after that you will go through utter hell and also will feel unbeleiveable too, Remeber the good always pushes out teh bad, good food will crowd out the bad. Rawfood will alter your reality, and like the TubeBoober said do a cleanse!!!!

  • TubeBoober says:

If you do an herbal colon cleanse (NOT a colonic) the pounds will drop of effortlessly!
I been vegan 99.9% raw foodist since 1992, and cleansing is an important part of making this sort of dietary switch.
If u don’t all that old waste is still in your colon makin yo stomach bulge out, thus makin u look like u havent lost weight.
If u do it 4 health reasons the weight will melt off.
Do it only 4 weight loss, & it will become a never-ending struggle.
    Remember to cleanse, I’ll send u a link…

  • TubeBoober says:

    I dated a fat “so-called” vegetarian.
ALL they ate was white bread, drank sodas, ate sweets, macaroni & cheese, cheese pizza & other TRASH that was’nt real, food just becuz it’s meatless.
They also ate lotsa “fake-meat”products like soy bacon, etc…
    NO WONDER THEY WERE FAT!!
THEY NEVER ATE REAL FOOD OR VEGETATION!!
Being veg isn’t about NOT eating meat, it’s about eating healthy, nutritious, naturally grown food & proper food combinations.
If u do it properly, there’s NO WAY u can b fat!

  • loveedigveggies1004 says:

this video is great , but you can easily gain weight being a vegetarian , especially if you eat alot of products on the market
and you do need to exercise. i have been a vegan for
13 years and when i got older i had to exercise more to keep the weight off , and what saddens me is that alot of people are wanting to eat raw only to loose weight . it is an experience it cleanses your body.. think about it you can go raw and loose the weight but what happens when you stop
    weight gain .
