anyway, i go to tha gym and like weight training and having a bit of size on me….ive done protein shakes with fresh blueberrys, banana and loads of nuts like seasame seeds, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds and all that….whats a good source of protien and especially amino acids that i could take after i train? love&peacexxx

@antonelladi1 if you are just starting on a raw diet, no tht is probobly just right, but as your progress you get more extreme with your diet plans, and nuts just are not needed they get to the point where they weight you down

I can’t stand nuts, so if i go vegan I’ll have to be real into fruits, I do like hemp seeds though,
