I am starting a new fitness program and I would like help getting from 200lbs to 115lbs in 1 years time.?

Today is day 1 and I have lodged in a workout and my meals for the day so far.I want to lose 85lbs in one year. Is that a healthy and realistic goal and how much flexibility will I be able to have in my diet from week to week?

85 pounds in one year is 7 pounds a month. You will probably be able to lose that much at first, but as you get closer to your goal, your loss will slow down.
To lose weight without losing muscle mass, and to keep it off permanently, I recommend Atkins. You go through 4 phases, adding more and more veggies, fruit and eventually grains. You will feel great. I lost 50 pounds in 6 months, and have kept it off since 2003.
