It looks like you tongue is coated with white stuff and you have dark eye circles. Try raw vegan. Maybe your mind will get a little sharper and you won’t talk so slowly. Good luck.
from the way you are describing, I think you’re on atkins diet?:) me too. my secret to stop hunger is drink hot tea. it tricks your stomach and your body gets the feeling that you are full:) try it and it’s very satisfying and you won’t feel bloated:) and also tea is zero calories;)
I do this too. I had a *huge* problem with binging. I would binge for days. I still have those moments were depression overtakes me and I go for nasty food. What I do is if I want crackers or pretzels I eat them with lots of butter. This stops me from eating the whole box because the butter will satisfy much more easily than the box of crackers.
You only get food cravings when your body has been denied proper nutrients.
You can eat as much carbohydrate as you like but you will still have food cravings because carbohydrates don’t supply the necessary nutrients in the amount that the body needs.
If you switch to a high fat low card’ diet then you can say goodbye to food cravings.

I eat lots of fruit and never have cravings. We don’t need to trick our bodies by eating fatty foods or more protein when it’s the simple sugars we crave. Eat fruit and lace up the running shoes. Then eat some more fruit.
138 sounds healthy regardless of where you want to be. and coconut oil isn’t going to help people for long. eat less fat and sugar and exercise. it’s a lifestyle not a diet.
Excellent!! I love brie! Stock is perfection. I just started making it, I grew up on MSG. Just got back from the asian store to buy dried fish flakes for fish broth, nearly all the crap in that store has MSG in it and it says clearly on the labels because they know no one reads it, or cares. I will try the cashew butter, I soak the nuts first, then roast them and make my own butter but it needs to be refrigerated. I do take coconut oil, just made an interesting tapioca pudding out of coconutmilk
