    @omgxxxomg well situps.. that’s how i got my 8 pack abs. it takes a long time, 2-3 months for me (and average) about 200 situps per night, you should have built abs by then. remember, don’t overstrain the muscles or do too much. do your excercises at night because when you go to sleep, your musles repair themselves, making themselves stronger in the act.

    Yea but you have to hit “Puberty” First because a hormone in a males body helps produce muscle thats why guys ussaly have more muscle then women (Not trying to say that as in Guys are Stronger then Women)

    eat healthy meals after/before workout. stop with the maccas, its really unhealthy for you, its aiight to eat it once a week or so. do regular exercise for your body as well, not just your abs (Y)

    K I used to do this one but now I use the one thAt pops up fist with the orange couch if you guys have checked that out And it burns more I find. I’m skinny and I’ve tryed this shit out for about two weeks with really know results

    @parkuptown depends how much fat you have covering up your abs.
    you need to combine cardio, with a good diet AND ab exercises in order to get a six pack
