Your adrenal glands sit atop of your kidneys, and your adrenals are responsible for sending out neurotransmitters, steroids and hormones that your body needs to function, relating to every organ and gland in your whole body. — In order for you to optimally function in this day and age, you are going to need strong adrenals! — If you ever experience stiffness in your lower back area, it could be your kidneys that are blocked up from cooked food, iodized salt

wow, thank you. I had no idea that leafy greens had protein in them. You look like you work out too. What do you do for exercise?

  • liferegenerator says:

dark, leafy greens have quite a bit, more than people realize, and yes, raw nuts and seeds

  • rachelsmename says:

Great and inspiring video to juice veggies and fruits. What do you do for protein? My guess is raw nuts.

That disclaimer was great and hilarious. I’m gonna start using it.

Protein – One may say “carnivores eat a lot of meat … its natural and they do fine” – But they eat most of the animal, and they first eat the intestine area (and the plant-food contained within them!!).

We live in an adrenaline junky society. I’m not going to give up violent video games, action movies, or driving in traffic, but I will recognize their impact on my health and reduce accordingly.

  • mermer3m says:

This is good stuff. Does this apply to postpartum depression too? I had that after giving birth to two of my children and it was awful.

I’ve been juicing a lot more since I started watching you and I feel so much better.

OMG–love this video! I have a growth on my adrenal gland, back pain (stiff lower back), anxiety and depression issues. Hmmm…could I have adrenal fatigue *LOL* It’s funny because I just had blood work done, and the surgeon says that everything is fine (e.g. I don’t need surgery to remove the growth), but I’m left thinking, “Why do I have a friggin’ growth in the first place??” She was prepared to just send me away, but I made a follow-up appt with her to ask this question.
