    @btuck1223 No problem bro ;)

  • btuck1223 says:

Thanks for answering my question, pal.

  • SecretsOfLongevity says:

I may not have emphasized this enough, but I am NOT recommended biotin as a supplement AT ALL, for this and many other reasons! Thanks for pointing this out :)

  • Nakutao says:

@Nakutao i stopped taking like 95% of my supplements because they contained magnesium stearate and i found out it is not good at all!! just a word of caution :)

  • Nakutao says:

be careful when taking biotin to make sure that there is no magnesium stearate or other added ingredients in the supplement! this ingredient is very bad and creates a biofilm in the intestine!

  • SecretsOfLongevity says:

    Go for it :)

Zak. What about a glass of spring water, lemon juice, MSM and Camu Camu powder after a workout?

  • SecretsOfLongevity says:

Klamath Lake algae is Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (often called AFA). E3live is a brand name for this type of blue green algae.

  • talkhaan says:

    I didnt get the algae’s name…After Spirulina?

  • SecretsOfLongevity says:

Yeah, flu-like symptoms is what I’ve had for a few days now, clearing up… die off for sure :p You can see how pasty I am in this vid :p

I’d say coffee has more of a “chi tonic” effect, except it’s not a tonic herb at all. Long term use definitely depletes the adrenals… Actually over use of ginseng when it’s not appropriate can deplete the adrenals as well (and it’s a chi tonic).

Cacao is stimulating, but it does build that core energy because it’s so high in minerals and neurotransmitters.

  • ravendream33 says:

I saw on one of your videos that cacao is Yang Jing type of food. Just wondering if coffee has a yang or yin effect, because I have been a coffee addict for 20 years.

  • ravendream33 says:

Yes, i am still on the low sugar diet…..I have had one grapefruit a day in the morning juiced though, so it can’t be called no sugar…..I am eating raw cacao nibs instead of drinking coffee in the morning too…..yes, I think I will stay low sugar for some weeks before completely going no sugar, because I have to keep working. The first time I did the no sugar think, I also took massive doses of Pau d Arco to kill any yeasts in my body, and i had severe flu – like symptoms from die-off.

  • SecretsOfLongevity says:

Hah cool :) Glad I could help.

  • Necrowitch says:

I was actually making a kale salad while listening to this and I was about to reach for the honey like I always do for my spirulina dressing but I grabbed a lemon, a green apple, and a pinch of green powdered stevia instead! =^-^=

  • Necrowitch says:

wow! Thats alot more information then I asked about but I’m glad I got it! Now I don’t feel so bad about realizing I needed to prepare to go no sugar by going low glycemic before I could do something like no sugar. I know it will benefit me for sure which is why I want to but I’ve got to go at my own pace so i’ve been learning how to make low glycemic meals.
