this oil will help you. If you are severely overweight, use a teaspoon before each meal. However, if you are in shape and just want to get lean, a table spoon in the morning is fine. I usually supplement mine with flaxseed. I take a tablespoon of coconut oil in the morning and a tablespoon of flaxseed oil before or after each meal. One last thing, make sure they are 100% organic!!! =)

usually the coconut oil is sold in glass bottles or jars. what i do is put the glass in a bowl of hot water and wait for it to melt.

If you have coconut oil that is yellow-ish, when melted I suppose, don’t eat it. It’s not virgin and it’s not good for you. Make sure it’s clear, and has an odor.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE EVERYONE! I figured out the best and tastiest way to eat coconut butter. First, melt it. Second, put a ton of stevia in it to desired sweetness. Third, FREEZE IT. I’m so happy I figured this out. I can’t get enough of these frozen coconut snacks! I eat them 3-5 times a day/probably like 60-100 grams a day on average. UM UMMMMMMMM
absolutely right, cocconut oil has some hypothermic effect initially, it lowers you body temperature by vasodilation… until you have reached at one point where low temperature activates your thyroid and adrenal gland to add some heat by metabolism of fatty tissues and others. try sesame oil, its more powerful.
