Do some Squat + DXeadlift ( if u lower back can handle that ) , And dont do These Ab-Excerice + Eat High Protein low Carb olive Oil and make Interval training in the Middle days when u rest from Gym. And you get your Stupid word called 6 Pack-Abs.

@TheSomeguy101 If you have never done weights before, you will generally receive results quickly. HOWEVER, in order to progress your strength, you should increase your weihts/reps and you will have to workout for a lot longer to get better. Am I making sense?
when you guys do this does it ever hurt your neck like when your doing sit ups do you guys feel like all the pressure in your neck because i do i don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or what or its just like that its hurts my neck a lot.
4 time abs at 3:18 really good i found. i noticed u have to switch which leg goes up first though (not shown in this animation). the leg u lift up first, the opposite side of your abdomen is stressed…for me at least! just thought ppl should hear about it
……..i have started weight training and ive been feeling sore and getting results in less than week people not kidding!!!!how did i do it? i lifted weights and did cardio..

Check out my abs, hanging leg raises or knee raises from a doorway pull up bar builds 6 pack abs. no head or neck pain. i never do crunches.

I don’t think it maters if you are fat or not. I think if you have a bit of weight it will start to Bruno off( with this abs workout)
